I recently discovered this page on Facebook. It is for sufferers of CPTSD (Complex post traumatic stress disorder) and PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder). I find a lot of the little pictures with words of encouragement quite useful. It is just great to know that I am not alone, and neither are you!
