She makes some very good points about how there needs to be a better system in place nationally for child protection.

I strongly believe that there needs to be much more public education on the subject so people learn to listen and do something when a child "Tells".

There needs to be a better process in place when a child does "Tell" that ends up with help and justice for the child.

I also believe that there should be more study done on Pedophilia to understand it and have places that a perpetrator can go to get help so they do not offend in the first place or at least re-offend :( . Not unlike Alcoholics Anonymous.

I still agree with Derryn Hinch about the fact that there should be a Public Offenders list, so you know who to keep your children away from. This of course only covers the convicted perpetrators but it's a start.

There also needs to be a better understanding of Adult survivors of child abuse and a better process for Justice and support.   Public education on this is also a must. Like women survivors of Domestic Violence, adult survivors of child abuse are often misunderstood.
